I can provide a series of Freestyle Skateboarding Demonstrations for your event or organisation. One of the best things about Freestyle Skateboarding is its versatility: all that’s required is a good sized area of flat, smooth ground, ideally concrete or tarmac.

You can either book just the demo, or a demo and workshops if it looks like so much fun you’d like to try it yourself! I can provide skateboards and helmets for 10 learners at a time, guiding the group through all the basics and providing a safe and positive introduction to skateboarding. I have a depth of experience coaching diverse groups, with a focus on building confidence and resilience through a relaxed and holistic coaching methodology.

School Visits

Are you looking to inspire pupils at your school to pursue their dreams? Perhaps you're holding a careers day at your school and would like to showcase some more unusual lines of work? I’m available to deliver talks to pupils, emphasising the importance of resilience and assuring them that failure is essential in learning. Particularly in skateboarding!

“How did skateboarding start? Why did the first skateboards have metal wheels? Why is that one made of plastic?!”

All will be answered! I can provide Skateboard History Workshops, providing a large selection of vintage skateboards from the 1950s to the 1970s. We’ll talk through the origins of skateboarding, look at how skateboard design has changed, and we’ll even get to try a couple out!
